Items sent to Endevco from locations outside the US which are “defense articles” subject to the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120-130) must note the following on the Commercial Invoice:

Description, quantity, and US dollar value of the defense articles;
US Harmonized Tariff System classification number provided by Endevco;
“ ITAR DEFENSE ARTICLE” in large, bold type.
