Endevco Spotlights Depth of Expertise in 20-Year Employees

Endevco is very fortunate to have a tremendous pool of talented and loyal employees whose tireless efforts are dedicated to creating the most trusted sensors in the world. Our average employee tenure exceeds 10 years, and our senior technical staff members have a minimum of 20 years experience in transducer development. This level of expertise provides an extraordinary degree of product quality, reliability and experience that we deliver to customers every day.

To recognize and celebrate this extraordinary group of professionals, we recently held our first event to honor our employees with 20 or more years of service. This special recognition is in addition to our annual services awards luncheons. In attendance were the Endevco senior management team and key managers in honor of the 70 employees who have achieved the 20-year milestone.

"These dedicated people represent a very special repository of knowledge and expertise," said Endevco President Mel Hilderbrand. "They have played and continue to play an essential role in building our organization as an integral core of our business."

Hilderbrand emphasized the criticality of Endevco products and the role they play in improving our world. Examples include the unique performance demands in applications such as the NASA Space Shuttle as well as cardiology pacemakers and defibrillators. The assembled employees were congratulated for the reliability and quality consistently delivered by Endevco products in extremely demanding and challenging environments. The honorees and other attendees left the event with a renewed sense of pride about their contributions to the success of Endevco and its customers.
