James Rodriguez Joins Endevco as Vice President of Engineering

Endevco has announced the appointment of James Rodriguez to the position of Vice President of Engineering. Rodriguez brings over 15 years of experience in engineering management, program management and product development to the position.
Rodriguez most recently served as Vice President of Engineering for Barksdale, Inc., a subsidiary of Crane Co. and a leading provider of industrial fluid measurement and control products. At Barksdale, Rodriguez managed a 22-person engineering department responsible for development of a wide range of products including directional control valves, regulators, relief valves, position switches, pressure and temperature switches and transducers, and hydraulic fluid power level sites and level switches. He developed and implemented a Stage-Gate new product development process, led multi-functional Kaizen events to continuously improve process performance, managed R&D investments to increase product pipeline capacity and velocity, and implemented Design for Six Sigma and Value Engineering programs.
Prior to Barksdale, Rodriguez served as Director of Engineering, Program Manager and Design Support Engineer for AMETEK Aerospace & Defense and Engineering Team Leader for United Technologies and General Dynamics. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnic University in New York.
